Creative Cloud Server Error

New Here ,
Jun 16, 2015 Jun 16, 2015

Hi, everytime I try to synchronize the cloud with the creative cloud desktop client it stops and says "Creative Cloud Server-Error". I already uninstalled the client with the cleaner tool and reinstalled it. But no success at all. It is still not synchronizing because of the Server-Error. What to do next?

Hi,

it still doesn't work. The programm still doesn't synchronize. I coundn't uninstall the desktop client. So I uninstalled it with the creative cleaner tool, I deleted the opm.db, installed the new version of the creative cloud desktop client and still he won't synchronize because of the server-error.

Any other ideas what to do? Thanks in advance

Hi Martina,

Try to delete ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync/*.db*  (should be 3 or 4 files, but could be more if you have multiple accounts signing into CreativeCloud)

Let me know the result.

Thanks and Regards,

Sumit Singh

I've done every single step twice but now I've got this empty window. It's loading since 15min or so
