Creative Cloud Still stuck in infinite loading

I have had this issue for months. I have tried everything everyone else has suggested. Repairing visual c++,  deleting the OOBE file contents, and even doing a complete reinstall. Nothing has worked.

We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Would you mind telling us the version of the Creative Cloud Desktop Application you're using along with the version of the operating system? Since when have you been seeing this issue? Are you getting any error messages?
