Creative Cloud Synch Issue - it will not stop

I have  folder on Creative Cloud that will not stop synching. It contains a jpg file I tried to delete but also a .gstmp file I do not recognize. It just keeps on synching over and over. I have tried deleting the file, shredding the file and it just keeps on going. The only way I managed to stop it was to pause synch altogether. Has anyone got any idea how to fix this and what causes it, please? Thanks.

I am having this same issue. Help! anyone? I also save .psd files from my local folder and they sunc as OCTET files. Why??
