Creative Cloud - Synchronisation en erreur sur un dossier qui n'existe plus

Bonjour,

W10 Pro 64

Cela fait 2 jours que j'ai la synchronisation qui se met en erreur sur un dossier qui n'existe plus.

 

J'ai testé en grande partie les solutions de Adobe, dont de supprimer définitivement tous les fichiers dans "Supprimés" sur le web et rien n'y fait.

C'est un dossier supprimé que je ne retrouve nulle part.

 

Je ne vais pas supprimer Creative Cloud car ça supprime les logiciels installés.

replace the deleted folder.  to start, you don't need to put anything in it.

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R


if that fails, restart your computer.

ok.  contact adobe support.  hopefully, there's something on their end they can fix.

 

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Ça y est, ça marche !!!

 

Sur le PC j'ai créé le dossier "Fêtes 2023-2024" mais sur le Web il était nommé "Nouveau dossier". Je l'ai renommé et tout est synchronisé. 🙂

 

Je fais ce que je peux à 78 ans 😉
