I see many variations but I can't see an option.

Creative Cloud does not load to PC. Downloaded file for this error. Will not open. Spent 1.5 hrs with support. No solution.

Tried renaming Adobe file to Adobe old. Downloaded file attempt to install. Desktop icon now present but gives "needs repair". Repair will not function.

Uninstalled Norton 360 and Disables Win security.

No difference.

Uninstall from Adobe will not work.

Creative Cloud not in programs

Creative Cloud shown in side menu but does not function.

New system as shown below:

AMD Ryzen 7 5800X CPU Asus Prime B550M-A WIFI Corsair h100X
Watercooler 32G DDR4 Ram 1TB Kingston NVMe M.2 SSD HDD
MSI 6G DDR6 RTX2060 PCI Express Video Card Matrexx 40 Performance Case
with Cooler Master 75w Power Win 10 Home 64Bit

Have had repair on old computer but that would work.

Suggestions besides move to another product by competitors? OR rename Adobe  to Adobe old as this had some success.

I did get a complete freezing of Win, except mouse would move. Assume Explorer services crashed but couldn't access so did Restore point. Updated all Win updates.

All other programs install OK. It's just this one.

assuming your network isn't the culprit and the problem is downloading an uncorrupted cc desktop app install file is the problem:

adobe recently upped their requirements for browser security, https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/eol-tls-support.html

if you have tls 1.2 activated on your downloading browser, try the alternative download using the link at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

if that fails disable av etc that might be preventing an uncorrupted download.

if there's some other problem (ie, download is fine and installation starts and there's no error message about the installer being corrupted), explain clearly.
