Data backup not working at all

Hello,

 

I have been trying to back up my files all day. It said it has backed up 716 files out of 74931 but after some time it went down! The number of backed up files went down! It went to like 617 at one point, then got back up and now it's once again lower then the base of 716! I searched up some possible fixes on the internet but all that came up was to delete the options.tif in %APPDATA% the thing is, I have already done that like a few weeks before and since they did not reinstall back in, I can't delete them once again! I tried repairing creative cloud, but still, the options.tif file is still missing and still can't be deleted. What am I supposed to do? How am I supposed to back up my files, when the number of saved files goes down (I was not using the storage for anything! No work was done and nothing was interfering in changing the files so they would stop being backed down!) and the options are missing.

All right, so apparenty I have 15GB files in my tmp directory created from Creative cloud. I can't open them due to their large size. My disk has only 5GB now so I am not really sure how to proceed. I can't use photoshop now as the scratch disk is full, but I don't want to delete the files as they might be important to the data backup.

I do not use cloud storage for backups

I use a Sata docking station and several 'bare' drives for backup

Hello,

thanks for the reply! Finding the bug by error name is promising, but I can't open the logs as the logs have 15GB and so can't be opened.
