Do I automaticcaly lose all my data if a delete lightroom app, this is what happen to me. 

Any advise as for next step?

You should always have a local copy of all files, including account information
Make a text file with your account information and copy it + files to an external device
If you don't have space on your computer drive use an external drive for files
A USB flash drive to keep in a safe place
