my deleted files are empty but also my storage files are 95.6 GB.
I am using 45.5 GB for sync. Where is my 50 GB storage. I can't upgrade my storage because for my country. And deleted files not working. when i delete new files, its not showing deleted files. deleted files always empty.
contact adobe support via chat. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

to clear or check all files stored on adobe's servers, use a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders and links to check:
https://documentcloud.adobe.com
if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder.

I check all links. All deleted folders are empty. I am only using the document cloud.

My deleted files are bugged, I guess. Because when I delete a new file not showing deleted files. I have 50 GB deleted files, but I cant see them.

sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application, http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
then reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

only when you delete from a deleted folder would your storage increase.
