Deleted files keep reappearing?

I'm trying to delete files on CC desktop app (Mac), but there's a few empty folders that keep reappearing after deletion. They end up in my recyling bin as copies, but also stay on CC. They do NOT appear on my deleted files/archived files on assets.adobe.com.

I've also tried downloading the adobe log collector tool but it's not working, it just spins like this forever
