Hi there, so I wanted to delete everything adobe related and stuff, which did work perfectly fine. Although I noticed that a file named 'adobe sync' could not be deleted. (I own a macbook by the way) and so I tried to just send it to the trash, and that didnt work aswell. It kept saying I need to download adobe sync. ive tried to download adobe creative cloud again, and then delete everything again and it still wouldnt work. I even tried that cc cleaner tool and couldnt get it removed. Is there anyone who can help me? Im desperate

Hi @mirnes_2741

Typically, the reason you can't delete something is that it still has related processes running. You might check if there are any Adobe-related processes running in Activity Monitor and stop them before using the Adobe Cleaner tool. You could also reach out to our support for assistance at https://adobe.ly/4koaoPo
