descargar un archivo de icloud

Adobe Creative Cloud no me permite descargar un archivo de su nube que es mayor a 2G pero si me permitìa hacerlo antes. No se que pasa, solo dice que pida ayuda por acá, lo que significa que esa nube sólo me está haciendo perder archivos y necesito resolverlo. Alguien tiene idea de cómo es el proceso? ayuda por favor.
