This is not just about premiere, but also after effects, photoshop, etc, the whole adobe ecosystem..

i was doing a live event, and needed to send out an image which i did through premiere in this case, with a blackmagic output.

The software constantly quitted on me, and gave the prompt "do you want to save before quitting?" or something like that, and i didn't have any options to stay in the software. After quitting, i needed to login again, fill in a varification code which is sent to my email, and after starting the project again, after a couple of minutes, it happens again, and again.

what the heck is going on? Nobody else was signing in, which was confirmed everytime i needed to login again. I didn't see any other account being logged in.

Back at the office, my other account (we have 2 at our company), does not seem to have these issues, so okay, could be bad luck, there must be something going on with my account.

But it was a live event. There was no internet connection and had to rush it with a hotspot.

Eventually i decided to switch over to davinci resolve at the spot, which was more reliable.

but the most outragious thing is that when i decided to try to contact adobe for help, the only thing that i was able to contact was some annoying bot. which was not helpful at all..  I knew that one day this subscription/login idea would screw me over. The lack of reliability is exactly what i was afraid for.

A moment ago i wanted to contact adobe again, and again this bot was the only thing within my reach. Asking for an employee was useless. I don't think i have to mention again that this is disappointing.. I'm not using the software at this moment, as it is kind of useless this way.

When the login system works, it works. No big deal.  but when it doesn't, it shouldn't be so frustrating.

I just wanted to vent my frustration for a moment, hoping it would make me feel better..

This is not a premiere issue, this is an account issue. It is constantly logging out for some reason and simultaneously quitting all the software. premiere, photoshop, after effects, all of them, after which i need to login again with a verification code, which is sent to my email..

And to emphasize, there are no signs that somebody else is logging in on the same account, as this can be seen in the login screen.

It's weird, and i cannot get in touch with any kind of customer service, just some weird unhelpful annoying chatbot. That's my main concern. There should be no possibility for this to happen during an edit session, not to mention a live event..  If it happens once a day, maybe it's acceptable (but again not during a live event), but it happens constantly.

I think i wouldn't be this upset if the customer service would have actually provided service.

it doesn't sound like the problem is on adobe's end.

eg, your sign in credentials are stored locally. ie,  you should be able to sign in to your cc app, open your adobe apps and disconnect from the internet and continue using those open apps without problem.
