On macOS Big Sur, I have set the Creative Cloud app to launch automatically at login, but this never happens. I've tried turning the settings off and back on again and rebooting. It never launches. What's going on?

I've upgraded to Monterey and still the Creative Cloud app does not open automatically when I boot the computer.
