I just recently bought the student creative cloud pack for $20 a month and when i was downloading it said to turn off my firewall and my antivirus software, so i did and it didnt work. I've tried everything from restarting my computer to restarting my firewall, and nothing and i mean NOTHING has worked so far. Can anyone help me please?

NickT_13, to use an individual Creative Cloud membership you must have access to the servers and ports listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html. Please provide this information to whoever is managing the network so that they can allow access.
