Downloading an uploaded PSD file from "Your library" results in a 138 byte psd-file.

Have uploaded PSD to a folder in my library (to share). The file format is PSD and the sizes are between 8-80 MB. The problem is that when I try to download a psd file from the folder (choosing between PSD, PNG and JPEG) its size is always 138 bytes. The JPEG and PNG choise works.

I am using the Creative cloud throug the browser (Chrome). Have not tested it through the app. Downloading the same file from "Your Files" works fine in the browser. But the purpose it to share a folder to download uploaded PSD-files from "Your Library".

Includes a screenshoot of choices where the PSD-choice creates a 138 byte psd-file.

Is it a bug?

Thanks in advance

Thanks for the answer.

Tried it but the PSD-filen is still only 138 bytes files in the browser (no matter the size of the psd). Did some tests in the Creative Cloud desktop (windows app) and it seems to work fine.

So the problem still remain downloading uploaded psd-files as psds from the libraries in Creative Cloud using the Chrome browser in windows. It would be usefull sometimes for me if it works using other peoples computers.

Tried it both in Chrome and Egde- browser with the same result. What I have concluded is that smaller PSD-files works. Tested with a 7,2 MB file and it turned out fine. But 17,1 MB becomes a 138 byte file instead and about the same in Edge. So larger PSD-files (17 - 400 MB) doesnt work for me using the browser.

Strange. But maybe a limitation in the web browser -version?

It works in the desktop app.  But sometimes it could be usefull to use the browser-version to download files on other computers (if it worked with larger files).

Maybe, have tested it with same browsers on 2 different Windows PCs and one Mac . Same 138 bytes result with larger PSD-files.

The strangest thing is that the same large files that is saved under "Your files" as a cloud PSD (PSDC) works fine to download with the same browsers as large PSD-files. But I cant share a library or folder in "Your files".

A mystery for another day.
