emty cloudstorage but still countet as full

I earlier had the big package with al the apps and 100gb cloudstorage, but i downgraded to the photography kit with only photoshop and lightroom with only 20gb cloud storage. It kept complaining about beeing overly filled so i emptied it nearly completly but the warning pop up is still there.... it still says i store 73.18gb of material in the 20gb space....
