Erro de criação de pasta para sincronização

Estou tentando mudar a pasta em que meus arquivos ficam sincronizados, porém está dando este erro que não cria a pasta, alguém consegue me ajudar?

you never could use the root of any folder.  ie, previously you would create an adobe cc files folder on D and use that to sync.

but syncing ended/is ending for the local folder.
