Error message in Student File Transfer

New Here ,
Apr 03, 2025 Apr 03, 2025

Hi, I am trying to transfer my files from my school student account to a personal account using the Student File Transfer. However, I keep encountering an error message when transferring my files.

I delete history caches and restart my computer, but the same message occurs.

May I ask how to solve this issue? Thanks.

What happens when you click the "Learn More" button? Can you post the URL?

Are you following these steps to transfer the files?

Hi, this link appears: https://helpx.adobe.com/sg/enterprise/kb/transfer-assets.html

To answer your question, I did follow the steps from the student file transfer URL, but I cannot seem to continue from step 4 onwards as I keep landing on this page after signing into both my student and personal account for the migration tool.

Would it work if I share the files from my school account to my personal account instead? So that when I lose access to my student account after graduation, can I still access these files using my personal account?

Thanks,

Jovita

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
