errors using CC to organize file on iPadPro

Unable to navigate help options or find HELP regarding the inability to organize, duplicate or move files between folders using CC app on iPadPro....2 years its never worked I get "unable to...." please direct me to comfirm this cannot be done (so I can stop wasting my time trying?). Thank you.

Is there a reason the links to do such things continue to even exist in the mobile app? I have a tendency to conclude it's because I'm doing something wrong! Curious [and respectfully I ask]is your response stating 'it can't be done' official? OR might Adobe ever consider publishing a list of what can or cannot be done?! I've been an Illustrator user since the early 90s or whenever Freehand was pretty much phased out.
