Espace de stockage saturé

Bonjour, j'ai un stockage de 1 To dans mon plan. l'App CC me dit que le stockage est plein alors que mon dossier synchro n'est que de 360 Go.

j'ai tenté de vider completement le stockage (dossier de sync + corbeille + librairies) et l'App me donne toujours 517 Go d'occupation.

j'ai tenté le reset de l'App CC. pas concluant.

Hello, I have 1TB storage in my plan. the App CC tells me that the storage is full while my sync folder is only 360 GB.

I tried to completely empty the storage (sync folder + trash + libraries) and the App still gives me 517 GB of occupation.

I tried to reset the App CC. not conclusive.
