I have been using this service for more than 2 years, and this is the first time happen to me. I am pretty sure my folder contain less than 13 GB, at least 7 GB away from max my storage in the Cloud. The CC client said that I am using 17.2 GB

Hi Sergei63,

If you visit the website at https://creative.adobe.com/files, can you see any files in your Archive? Those files count against your storage quota, but they will not be synced to your desktop. You can free storage quota by permanently deleting files in your Archive.

Kind regards,

Ben

@Sergei63 - You do have a large number of items in the Archive at https://creative.adobe.com/archive.

When you delete or move items from the Creative Cloud Files folder on your computer the items are placed in the Archive. Think of the Recycle Bin on Windows or the Trash on Mac OS X. From the Archive you have the choice to Restore or Permanently Delete the items.
