File Syncing Error, Could not enable sync

Guest

No matter what I try my cloud storage will not enable sync. I'm not able to restart, resume or pause the process, I'm only given a static restart symbol which whenever I press gives me a "Error Enabling Sync" windows message.

if the only problem is file sync and the reset failed, you probably have a corrupted file that's not able to sync.

Do you know where I could find this file? The only thing in my files is an empty folder I made to try to get the app to sync with something

SilliestCapture.JPGNo folder down as my sync folder, if I try to set a file as the sync folder nothing happens, even if I try to restore it (which is the only option it gives me)

you need to define a sync folder and it can't be the root of a drive.  ie, f:/adobe cc sync is ok, f: is not.

I have the same exact issue.  When I try to assign a sync folder it hangs up and I have to force quit CC

I don't know what the path is because it is blank when I pull up the folder location
