In windows Creative cloud showing File syncing error (some files failed to sync) when we click on the cloud icon on top right corner. There is no green ticks on the folders and no syncing of files in the left folder (file explorer).
Can someone please let me know what I cant try to get this working again.

pause syncing (file>preferences>syncing>pause syncing)
restart your computer
using your file browser open sync'd folder
unpause syncing
watch to see if the green checks start appearing.
