Only Cloud Documents will appear in the Files section within the Creative Cloud desktop app. Same as what appears here online https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents
Lightroom Classic primarily works with local files rather than online. I'd recommend posting here regarding the Lightroom connect issue https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-classic/ct-p/ct-lightroom-classic
