Firefly Standard not activated after payment

On Android (web), I signed up for Firefly Standard with a 7-day trial option, paying 1 cent. Afterwards, there's no subscription. 

I tried it again, paying 1 cent, again utter failure. 

The chat agents in the Help center are terrible. Can't comprehend basic English.

1) Why is Adobe offering products they don't deliver after payment?

2) When will I get this money back?
