folders on the MAC are not synchronized

I'm working on 2 computers: PC and MAC. I've created a shared folder on PC but when I work on MAC AdobeCC don't synchronises the folder! and no warning message, nothing. I have only the folder but is empty!!! and if I try to put new files on MAC folder they are synchronise n CC! incredible! but not in reverse way!

somebody has a same problem???? please help me, no way to work well

Finally I found a solution with Adobe support Italian chat.

It depends of the size of the folder and subfolders.. maybe the internet connection maybe my MAC but for to move a "big" folder with subfolders and big size files you have to move one folder per time, that's it.

I waited half day for the sync and now all files are synchronised.
