Hi Adobe Community,

I am moving my account from a Teams account to a Personal account.

Before the account is shut down I was wanting to move all my files from Creative Cloud to offline.  It says that I have 5.2GB of files, but I can't find all the files adding up to that amount.

Is there any way I can download all my files so any missing assets are not lost?

Any help would be great as I can't seem to find an easy way to do this.

Thanks, Jonathan

See this:

Depending on your plan and app, files in the following locations (except Adobe Spark) count toward your total cloud storage.

Hi,

Thanks for this, I have removed everything offline and deleted everything. Yet the Creatibe Cloud still says that I have 5.2 GB of files stored in the Cloud. I'm not sure where else the files could be.

Adobe should develop a full backup application similar to Google Takeout.

Any further insights would be great, thanks!

I was finally able to resolve this, by deleting the files in the "Deleted" items folder.

The delete items counts towards the quota, and is never deleted unless you select "permanently delete" files.

This is unlike Gmail, Outlook etc. which permenetly delete your files after 30 days.

Problem solved!
