General Feedback - Confusing emails and updates

Hello,

This isn't a question or support post. I have some minor feedback to Adobe around their Creative Cloud Subscription Notifications and App Update systems.

1) CC Subscription Updates:

You might have noticed that Adobe sends out an email to you when your subscription renews. The only thing here is that if your card somehow gets declined (Expired, Not enough Funds etc), You first get an email saying that they've received the payment for your subscription and then being notified a while later that the payment was unsuccessful. This is pretty confusing as they first let you know that everything has been processed before they notice you about errors.

What Adobe could do here is to check the status of the payment before the emails are sent out so that the only email the user will receive is either one saying it was renewed successfully OR that the payment was declined.

2) App Updates:

Adobe's apps are great and updates makes them better. No doubt about that. However, when you're on an older system, you will keep getting an annoying notification when you either start the system or the CC application that you have an App Update ready that you can't install because of your older system.

In my case, this is true with the latest Photoshop update (Version 22.0). I'm currently using a mac system running macOS 10.13.6 and the newest update requires a minimum version of macOS 14.0. This is all okay, but I keep getting this annoying notification from CC that there is an update available for Photoshop that I can't install.

What I think Adobe should do here instead is to not list the update on unsupported systems. They already check your version number when they run the compatibility check, so instead of using that process to display the update with a string saying the update isn't available for this speciffic system, they should just prevent the update from showing on that system completely until a newer version is found.

Now theese things are mostly to avoid confusion with users, so I don't  expect them to appear high on Adobe's priority list. However, I at least want them to know about the confusion theese things create.
