I've been having issues with photoshop latest version and it just won't boot ever since a windows update. This is seriously annoying but other than that I need a change in my plans since I'm basically paying monthly for nothing at this point in time.
Trying to get support or a real human has been a challange, where am I suppose to go?! Was expecting a better service from Adobe.
PD: I'm from LATAM

After the Windows update, did you restart your computer?
Go to Windows Start menu.
Right-click on Photoshop icon.
Select MORE > RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.
