I already submitted a ticket for this issue but got no response.
My email is already verified but my profile remained private and if you search my name it's as if my profile is deleted. Couldn't published projects. Please help because it seems like the team didn't respond my ticket and I don't know where else to go

I'm sorry to say that there's not a lot we can do. We're users, like you, and we have no access to Adobe's backend system. Also, while there are people here who use Behance, it's not supported on this board. I'll move this over to Creative Cloud Services since that's a place where people who could help you are more likely to find you.
Meantime, I suggest trying Behance's help center again. They're likely to be the only ones who can help you.
