Help with finding components I just used

I am VERY new to this process.  How do I find the Flower_Pattern,png again.  I want to use the same look for a series of videos----now I can't find the sequence I used again.

If the file was opened recently, the image may still be in your Recent History folder.

File > Open Recent > 

If it was a while back, use your computer's search & sort functions to find it.

Open your operating system's file manager -- Win File Explorer or Mac Finder.

Perform a file search for Flower_Pattern.png.
