how come I have 2.8gb used as adobe cloud when it says online that I have 732kb in my adobe folder. I can only have 2gb.

I cant seem to delete the missing 2 gb

it wont let me.     

all i have is 732 KB in my adobe folder online and it wants me to upgrade
