I deleted the Creative Cloud Folder from my Finder sidebar when I ended my CC subscription several years ago. Now I've resumed my sub, and reinstalled all the apps, the CC Files Folder is missing.

Hi @AnnetteandDelta

Adobe discontinued Creative Cloud Synced Files on February 1, 2024.

Where do I find my Creative Cloud Files folder on my local device?

The contents of the Creative Cloud Files folder can be found by navigating to the folder listed below:

  • Windows C:\Users\<Username>\Creative Cloud Files
  • macOS Mac HD/Users/<Username>/Creative Cloud Files

Details here:

 https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/eol-creative-cloud-synced-files.html

This is a macOS question, not an Adobe question.

  • To add a folder or disk to the sidebar, drag the item to the Favorites section.
  • To add a file to the sidebar, press and hold the Command key, then drag the file to the Favorites section.

Details from Apple on customizing the sidebar are here:

Thank you, Jane. I can't seem to find the ACC folders on my system to drag them to Favourites like I do other files. The only one I can find has links inside it and they take me to the Creative Cloud App.

to others, after adobe discontinues your cc sync folder syncing, you'll find your cc folder is renamed (but not moved)

Creative Cloud Files + <account type> + <profile_name> + <email> + <GUID> (for example: Creative Cloud Files Personal Account email@abc.com ####@AdobeID).
