Hi there,

We're sorry for the delay. I would like to inform you that, to upload photos to the library section you have to Copy or move items from other libraries or add them through the Libraries panel of your Adobe apps. Let us know if that helps.

We appreciate your patience.

Regards,

Tarun

Hi Daniel,

Generally libraries are used for quick access to assets you intended to drag-n-drop into projects you are working in.
https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/libraries.html

One of Adobe's other programs for working with images specifically online is Lightroom. Lightroom has apps both on a computer and mobile. Depending on how you're using your images and your purpose for uploading them, Lightroom may be more what you're looking for, not sure, but you may want to consider that option if you're just starting to upload your images. Images stored online are here: https://lightroom.adobe.com/ and this article gives an overview of Lightroom

Just want to make sure you're using the best option before you invest a lot of time uploading...

Best,

Dave
