How to see all apps regardless of language in my CC

To be honest, I'm not sure what you're asking.   Please elaborate.

When you want to install an app in a different language you switch to the choosen language in the preference tab.
But after you do that, the apps that were previously installed in the other language vanish from the "Installed" tab in Creative Cloud (Apps/All Apps/Installed). Theyre still in the Programm Folder, but i cant launch them from my CC anymore.

I see.  Well, I've never had that problem as I ALWAYS launch apps directly from my operating system's Start Menu or Desktop Icons.  I rarely open CC Desktop App except for downloading & installing newer versions.  After installing, I close it with Ctrl + W, Quit.
