hi i have been borrowing a PC to work on my photos. I now need to give that back and wipe my content from it. How do i do this WITHOUT losing all the cloud versions?
you'll need to save all synced files somewhere else. they will be lost from the work computer and adobe's cloud when you clean. everything else on adobe's cloud servers you can leave alone. then, either:
1. delete the synced files and empty the trash.
2. open the cc app > go to cc web files and confirm the synced files have been deleted. (this could take time.)
3. change the synced folder in the cc app to somewhere else and then delete your previously synced (now empty) folder
