I have no idea what has happened to the computer industry. I've been a part of it since 1982. Trying to speak to anyone but an AI system would be great but those darn systems loop in circles until I finally give up...
I live in Peru and I started learning Spanish in 2017. I speak it fairly well, write it fairly well but I am not the least bit interested in learning how to operate the entire collection of Adobe products in a language that is more or less foreign to me despite my 'limited knowledge. Apparently I have selected English as my language ... but the system continuously asks me if I want to change my region to the USA. I'm not even American... and IF I were to change my region to either Canada or the USA apparently my monthly price is double? I really don't understand why that would be for one; why I can't select my native language without the screen always changing to Spanish. Adobe is a HUGE system; isn't it logical that I would want to learn it as I'm more or less totally new to it in my native language? I'm perfectly fine to switch my region to Canada or the USA as my banking information has all three countries listed on my account... but not if have to pay double for the exactly the same options. The price I was offered on the telephone is what I am paying now. I've been on long term disability for over two decades and waiting for my 4 surgery... I can't afford more than I'm paying now. Any help would be appreciated. Lawrd knows the AI systems are not user friendly nor capable of actually helping... Sorry for the aggressive message.. .I'm a bit extra frustrated because I'm dealing with this issue with various software companies. I have something private to share with an actual employee that works in security if they want to reach out and send me and email and or contact phone number.
Thanks in advance for your help.
adobe apps will use your computer os language.
The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address. otherwise, change what's necessary:
change country associated with adobe id - https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/change-country-associated-with-adobe-id.html
change credit card and/or billing address, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/update-billing-information.html
change currency - https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1999694
...the last link explains how to change adobe's website language.

My address, payment method etc is correct. The language that i want to navigate all aspects of Adobe including the site is in English. I don't understand how I can't navigate the site which will provide me training in Spanish or at times for words that I have not yet encountered in Castellano - Peru's version of Spanish is a requirement to use the site. While I did learn a decent amount of Spanish and Castellano in a fairly timely rate of speed, I currently have some very serious medical issues that require extreme doses of a pain killer that is not generally presribed but due to my condition and resistance I have no other option. Sadly in order to function semi normally I have to take that medication 3 times per day. What's worse is quite often I feel a state of confusion much like dementia ... so it's not easy trying to live a normal life let alone navigate a website in another language as well learn the numerous amazing applications one by one much slower than I normally would learn. I'll use this analogy that I've been using for years. "It would appear that based on my experiences disabled have way more hurdles to jump than most people... - LONG PAUSE- ... BUT, we're disabled. I understand i am in a foreign country and it's my responsibility to learn the language UNLIKE most foreigners that I have met over the years.. and other than my pronunciation, according most of the locals that I have spoken to; they are quite suprised at how well I read and write an practice.. but i didn't come to the Adobe site to practice or learn Spanish. I came here beause i've always ha a passion for graphics design; primarily 3D animation.. but that path in my life was interruped by my apparent skill for repairing Enterprise level computer equipment... but here I am doing my best to learn graphics design of all shapes and sizes in MY native language. I don't think that is too much to ask of someone that is paying monthly fee to rent their software. i have absolutly no problem to switch my region to Canada or the USA if they'll honor the price they orginally offered me when i ordered my server. It made no sense to take them up on that offer at that time due to the functionality of my MacBook, or the unknow wait time for the server parts to arrive, then for me to build the machine to the very unsusual configuratoin that I had intended. Apparently my decision to wait untiul the server was built instead of wasting away my rental time was a great choice being as the motherboard did not function as the BIOS that was in the board was not compatible with the CPUs and would not flash to any version whatsoever. This was the second time and the exact same problem that i experienced in 2012 with the same manufacturer.
So the long and the short is, I'd prefer to naviagte their site and software suite that requires I more or less have constant contact with them as the software is polling and gthering as much info as it can sponge from my system in my native language.`ion't think that is an unusual requirement of anyone.
