I'm having trouble Synching on the Creative Cloud

It doesn't want to synch all my files. Like .ai files

Are you able to sync some files but not others? Could you give us an example of the file names and locations (folder) for files that are not syncing?

Have you read this document: Error: "Unable to sync files" ?
