I know there's a bunch of other posts about this but none of them seem to work for me.

We have a firewall with webblockers and proxies.

We are not deploying this software via management tools, we are sending users the invite email and installing from the links included.

I've whitelisted the minimal allowlist from this page:

https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html

What is a definitive list of URLs and any constant IPs I need.

Thanks for the help!

What you see on the page there is the definitive list of URLs. If you've allowed all the URLs and domains listed on that page, then you should be good to go.
