Illustrator trial expires instantly

Hello! When i start my free trial of Illustrator in the CC app the trial instantly expires and i can only open the software once. This also happens with InDesign and InCopy but not Photoshop (i get the full 7 days of the trial) 

Why does this happen and what am i supposed to do to get my full trial?

Hello! To answer your question, no. I haven't. But i created another account to check if it was a problem with only my account wich it wasn't, the same thing happened there. What is weird is that Photoshop works but not Illustrator! 🙂

I read the article and the only thing that could be the cause is an automated virus scan but that doesn't explain Photoshop working.

I understand if you can't help me any further and i appreciate it anyways!
