Image in Portfolio asking for login

2 people on different devices have told me they cannot open an image on my Portfolio, it asks for a login. All other images open & I can open it on my pc. Has this happened to anyone else?

Sorry, it's ok they were talking about a Zenfolio site not Portfolio.

but it's very annoying that there seems to be no forum for people to discuss Portfolio, why is this?

(i don't know where your zenfolio reference comes from.)

 

and i don't know why there's no portfolio forum. they are definitely more portfolio questions than, eg captivate questions and captivate has a forum,

 

and yes, it is unsatisfactory to post a link for you to ask portfolio questions, but there's no better option.  some portfolio questions are addressed here, but they're the minority and the responses are usually not prompt.

 

that question link, while not infallible (ie, some people complain they got no response), seems to work better than just ignoring posts here and hoping someone else will respond to the issue.
