InDesign beachball issues linked to CC Library not responding?

I managed half a dozen iMacs running latest macOS and latest CC.

Recently (past week) every Mac has exhibited this problem:

InDesign suddenly beachballs for anywhere between 5 seconds to a minute.

Some users simply force quit the app, but I decided to look into activity monitor and noticed that as well as inDesign being labelled as 'not responding', the process 'CC Library' was also.

It would do this for a few seconds, going on and off and then after a minute or so would return to normal.

Anyone know what's going on here?

Is CC Library connected to the speed and/or availability of our internet connection maybe?

Sorry about the trouble you are facing.

Kindly make sure you have the latest Indesign updates installed.

Also, kindly install the Creative Cloud Libraries manually with help of the link shared: Creative Cloud Libraries panel stopped working
