Why does it always say "files were made in a newer version of Indesign or Illustrator" when I get files from other people although CC shows always my apps are "latest"? Is it a windows/mac thing? Or do I have the latest for my operating system and other people have newer systems and therefore newer apps?
What is your ACTUAL version of Illustrator and InDesign. Don't rely on "latest", we're looking for actual numbers. Also, what is your operating system version exactly?
