In desktop app as well in web app of creative cloud I cannot display nor sync my files, I was using Adobe XD as latest, app is up to date, I tried restarting computer, different browsers, different wifis, nothing helped. Please what can I do?
Hello, I am using Windows and I was trying Chrome and Mozilla multiple browser versions, I experienced the issue with the Creative Cloud desktop app also - No files were shown and I always saw error. Version of Creative Cloud I use is 126.96.36.1990

Kill any running Creative Cloud Library process by using the Task Manager on Windows or Activity Monitor on macOS.
Note that the name of the process is "CCLibrary (32/64 bit)".
Quit any running Adobe applications.
Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to clean the Creative Cloud Library.
