I am getting a message saying 'something went wrong with initialising CC libraries'.. I have followed the advice given:

  • Find "SERVICE_PORT" and note the number that follows it.

  • In a web browser address bar, enter the following and then click Go:[SERVICE_PORT number]
For example, if the SERVICE_PORT number listed in the settings.json file is 59384, enterhttp://

  • If your firewall is not blocking the Creative Cloud services, you will see the message "Not implemented."If your firewall is blocking Creative Cloud services, you will see "This webpage is not available."

  • If you got the "This webpage is not available" message, verify that your firewall is not actively blocking Adobe and Creative Cloud programs, processes, or services. You may also need to open ports or add exceptions. For instructions on how to do this, check with your firewall documentation. You may also try disabling your firewall temporarily as a test.

When I put in my service port number in the browser I received a message saying 'upgrade required'. Any ideas?
