Does anyone know why Creative Cloud can no longer log in on an iOS system? I use an iMac running Ventura 13.7.8 (22H730), but suddenly I couldn't log in to apps like Photoshop and Lightroom. On a Windows machine, it works normally, and logging in to the site also works. What's causing this?

@Henk_Ib it did the other day, and now it didn't? I had to pull my work MacBook Air, and they are using an older OS than Ventura, and PS and Lightroom is fine, so I am guessing an recent security update on Ventura must have changed something there on your end. I would look at your keychain specific to your system.
If you are like me, and kinda scared in deleting things, you can export the a copy of Keychain items. You really don't need too because when you log in again, Adobe will issue new ones, but for 'peace of mind' go for it. Go to Keychain Access:
Do a search on Adobe, Select All and do a right-click - Export Items. And Save it somewhere. Now you have a backup you can restore if needed
Okay, once you made a copy of these, go back to your keychain access, and select all of the Adobe-related certificates. and hit delete or right-click, and select delete. Restart your Mac. And now try logging into Creative Cloud again

Good morning,
I don't quite understand what to do. I've deleted the keychain files and then restarted Photoshop, for example, but it keeps getting stuck in the login loop. It works fine on Windows. And sorry, but it's really annoying that the new Lightroom is no longer usable on OS Ventura.

Hi @Henk_Ib,
Thanks for reaching out. Based on your query, you are unable to sign in to applications such as Photoshop and Lightroom on your iMac running macOS Ventura 13.7.8 (22H730). You have already deleted the Keychain entries and restarted Photoshop; however, the issue persists and the application remains stuck in a login loop. Please confirm if this is the issue for which you need assistance.
To resolve this issue, please follow the steps outlined below.
First, review and follow the steps provided in the article below, which helps fix issues where the Creative Cloud application is unable to store or retrieve user credentials or license information:
https://adobe.ly/4j2JrAE
Before proceeding, please ensure that all Adobe applications and services are completely closed, including:
Creative Cloud
Photoshop
Lightroom
Any Adobe-related background processes (check Activity Monitor and quit any Adobe processes if running)
If the issue persists after completing the above steps, please proceed with the following:
Open Finder, then select Go > Go to Folder, and navigate to:
~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
Delete the OOBE folder completely
Additionally, please run First Aid on your Mac using Disk Utility.
After completing these steps, restart your Mac and try signing in again. Please let us know how it goes or if you need further assistance.
Regards,
^AN

Yes, I deleted the keychains and then restarted my PC and Photoshop, but nothing changed. It keeps appearing on the login screen. I deleted everything as instructed, restarted my PC, and then restarted my Photoshop, but it still doesn't work.

Hi @Henk_Ib,
Thank you for confirming and for trying the suggested steps.
Since you have already deleted the Adobe-related Keychain entries, removed the OOBE folder, restarted your Mac, and the login loop issue still persists, this indicates that the problem is not limited to cached credentials alone.
I recommend trying the following steps:
Ensure that your macOS is fully up to date by checking System Settings > General > Software Update.
Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to completely remove Adobe components, then reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop app.
You can refer to the following document for steps on using the Cleaner Tool:
https://adobe.ly/4rYfR3p
After running the Cleaner Tool, restart your Mac and then install the Creative Cloud Desktop app again.
If the issue persists after using the Cleaner Tool, please create a new administrator user account on your Mac and try installing and signing in to the Creative Cloud Desktop app from that account. This helps determine whether the issue is related to the current user profile.
You can follow the steps in this Apple support article to create a new administrator account:
https://adobe.ly/4j3JgoL
Please try these steps and let us know if the issue persists, so we can assist you further.
Regards,
^AN
