Installation der Creativ Cloud fehlen Datein

Liebes Adobe Support -Team.

 

Beim Installieren von der Creativ Cloud bekomme ich zwei Fehler, dass folgende Datein nicht gefunden wurden, MSVCP140.dll und VCRUNTIME140.dll. Was kann ich machen damit ich die Creativ Cloud endlich Installieren kann und somit auch endlich Photoshop und Lightroom wieder nutzen kann?

PS: Der Laptop ist Neu und ich habe nichts entfernt.

update your os
repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired.
update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated

 

restart your computer

reinstall the cc desktop app
