installation error 206, keeps spinning

I have tried to install Creative clouds, lightroom and it always fails. I have internet connection, I have disabled the firewall and antivirus (windows defender), I have created excepions in the firewall for the installer, tried wifi and cable but always throu the router.

Error mess is failed to connect to adobes server code 206.

I get several popup-windows for login and it says your are loged in. And it keeps spinning.

I have read these forums and I see that many have this issues.

Its reaslly to complicated to do the installations and we live 2022.

Adobe no longer supports TLS 1.0 and 1.1. Please check your system that you're enabled the Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 protocol. For more infos take a look here:
