Im asking because I want to know if this service is something to rely and count on, now and in the near future?

Our developers recently started using the online service to get styling information form PSD designs but it seems it's very buggy.
Is this service something Adobe will develop and invest time on, in other words is it worthwhile engaging in it and reporting bugs and stuff?
I've read some threads about it being canceled and then brought back up, so what's the deal with it?

Or should I go and have a look at the Zeplin-service?

Like you mentioned, this decision was changed and the browser portion maintained due to customer feedback. I think it's something you can reply on in the near future, especially if you have have a paid membership.
