Im asking because I want to know if this service is something to rely and count on, now and in the near future?
Our developers recently started using the online service to get styling information form PSD designs but it seems it's very buggy.
Is this service something Adobe will develop and invest time on, in other words is it worthwhile engaging in it and reporting bugs and stuff?
I've read some threads about it being canceled and then brought back up, so what's the deal with it?
Or should I go and have a look at the Zeplin-service?

Our developers have been pretty responsive for maintaining and addressing any issues with the extract service from my experience. We did at one time plan to remove the online browser portion of the Extract functionality, and only keep the same functionality within the desktop products - Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
